From 1983 to 1992 she ambitiously laid the foundation for her sensational professional career working in senior positions as sales and training director in the fields of PR and Marketing at globally renowned cosmetics companies such as Fabergé, Elizabeth Arden and Guerlain.
Her wealth of experience and her unique talent of successfully contributing new impulses to product design and brand positioning helped the skilled beauty expert greatly to expand the family enterprise over the years 1993 to 1998. Motivated by her desire to offer customers high-grade lifestyle products directly and at attractive prices, in 1998 Ricarda Manuela Hofmann made her dream of her own company come true. She built up Ricarda M. Vertriebs GmbH. As a first-line woman in the still young and emerging teleshopping market, she was a true pioneer and paved the sales channel teleshopping for many stars to sell their products following her example.
